Applications Support Engineer

The basic scope of the job is as under.
Role:
(i) Experience and capable of supporting at least 60% of the software covered under the scope of work
(ii) Completed successfully minimum of 4 Specialized technical software training courses
(iii) Capable of analyzing and diagnosing software problems expeditiously
(iv) Fluent in English and preferably know Arabic as well
(v) Possess the skills of report writing, effective communication, conducting presentations and training
(vi) Good interpersonal skills and an amicable disposition
(vii) Must possess Valid Kuwaiti Driving Licenses
(viii) Age Over 30
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology / Petroleum Engineering
• Hands on experience of Microsoft / Unix / Linux background
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of five years experience in technical software support services
